What should I bring to my first appointment?

Photo ID, any referral letters, WorkCover claim details if available, relevant scans or reports, and your current medication list.

Can you help with WorkCover certificates?

Yes. Where clinically appropriate, we complete and update WorkCover certificates aligned to your current capacity and treatment plan.

What if my claim is not yet approved?

You can still contact us. We will help you understand your options and guide you through the appropriate pathway.

How long will my recovery take?

Can a family member attend with me?
