Ensure first aid and urgent medical care, record the incident, support the worker to appropriate medical assessment and certification of capacity, notify your insurer within required timeframes, and begin thinking about suitable duties. We can assist with the clinical and coordination pieces once the worker is referred for a booked assessment.

Typically an initial report within about three days of assessment, progress reports at clinical milestones, and a final return-to-work oriented report at resolution — including permanent impairment findings where relevant. Tell us your preferred contacts and any claim reference numbers at referral.

Yes. Plans are capacity-matched and practical, developed with the treating context and communicated to employers and insurers. The goal is safe, sustainable re-entry — not premature return or prolonged avoidable absence.

Clinical services for workers’ compensation matters are generally charged in line with applicable WorkCover WA / AMA schedule arrangements for the service type. Commercial arrangements for organisational programs, if any, should be discussed with our team separately. Ask reception to confirm billing for your case type before the appointment if needed.
