What are your hours?

Our regular clinic hours are Monday and Saturday afternoons, 1 pm to 5 pm. Urgent after-hours reviews are available by arrangement — please call to book. For emergencies, call 000.

How fast do you respond to emails?

We aim to respond to reception@phaus.au within one business day. Use the phone for time-critical injury assessment needs.

Which enquiry pathway should I use?

Patients — registration form or phone. Clinicians — referral email/form. Medico-legal — assessment request form. Employers/insurers — email/phone with claim contacts. Choosing the closest pathway helps us route correctly the first time.

Parking?

Parking is available out the front of the premises at 149 Walcott St, Mount Lawley.
